By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

The courts of Hungary shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such disputes, and, unless otherwise required by mandatory law, the competent court is the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of GoldenTrait Media Kft.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If it cannot be so modified, it will be deemed deleted, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoldenTrait regarding your use of the Website and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to that subject matter.
